How do I use this web site

All photos from events are stored in sections called Galleries.

You can select a gallery by selecting the menu option "Gallery Home" in the top right corner of the web site to show all the galleries. Once at the Gallery home page, you may scroll the page down to see the galleries. Simply click on the name, or image under the name to enter the gallery.
If the event was spread over several days, then further sub-galleries may be displayed. Select a sub-gallery by clicking on its name or image, just like before.

Once a gallery has been selected, the photos in the gallery are displayed as small images called thumbnails.

Underneath each thumbnail are 4 icons.
Moving the mouse over this icon will show a larger preview version of the photo
Adds the photo to a list so the images can be compared side by side.
For more information see the section below about comparing images.
Clicking this icon allows you to add the photo to your favourites.
You can see all your favourites by clicking on the favourites menu option at the top of the screen.
Clicking this icon takes you to the ordering page where you can select the size and type of photo.

Clicking the thumbnail image or the purchase icon () will display a larger preview of the photo and allow you to order a print or download a digital image file.

Ordering
In the order page you will be shown a larger preview image on the left and the products and prices on the right.
There are 2 types of products you can order, Standard Prints and Digital Image files.

Standard prints
Standard prints are physical photos that are printed and posted to you.
We have a range of sizes from postcard size to A2/A2+ (420 x 594 mm/432 x 559 mm).

Click on the print size you would like to order and the preview image will change slightly showing the default cropping that may occur in the printing process. NOTE: Cropping during the printing process may be different to what is shown on the screen, depending on the dimensions of the print paper.

You will also be presented with an option to request additional editing of the image (eg removal of person, etc). You can select this option by clicking on the box to left of the option. When checked (ticked), you can select the "Make notes for this image" to enter what changes you would like done. Major editing will incur an extra charge.

Click the "Add to Cart" button to order the print.
You can now complete the order by clicking the "Check Out" option at the top or bottom of page, or go back and look at other photos by clicking the name of the Gallery at the top of the page.

Digital Image files
Digital Image files are downloadable files that maybe used for websites (eg Facebook), printed using your own printers, using in your own advertisements.

There are two types of digital files.
High resolution files  These high quality files are designed to be printed, or used for advertisements, etc.
Small download filesThese low quality files are designed to be used for web sites, emailing, etc.
These files are typically the same size as the preview images shown on the website, but without the watermarks.

Since the Digital Images files are available as soon as payment has been verified there is no option for additional editing.
